Revenue + WHT are live running totals from platform_ledger. Wallet liability is summed from current user balances. Pending payouts / stuck transactions activate with Phase 7 PayMongo. The actual cash side (PayMongo / bank balance) for true reconciliation also arrives with Phase 7. Verification Fees, Listing Fees, and Total Platform Revenue are CareConnect's own fee income; Est. Tax Set-aside is a planning estimate (8% of revenue) — it is NOT withheld or remitted automatically. Adjust the rate after BIR registration.

Expiry rules: NBI Clearance and Police Clearance = 1 year from upload. Barangay Clearance = 6 months. PRC License / Driver's License = 3 years (until we capture the actual expiry on upload). PhilSys / SSS / UMID = no expiry. These defaults can be tightened later by adding an explicit expiryDate field on doc upload.
The 0.5% you withhold from each provider's earnings is not yours — it's the BIR's Expanded Withholding Tax (EWT). You remit it monthly via BIR Form 0619-E (due the 10th of the following month) and reconcile quarterly via Form 1601-EQ. This tracker breaks the withheld amount down by month so you can tick off each remittance and never miss a deadline. Click a card to see its formula.
