How do I create an account? +

Head to the Sign Up page and choose whether you want to join as a Client (hiring professionals) or as a Provider (offering services).

You'll need a valid email address, a phone number, and to pick a password. Providers will also be asked for some basic service info and may be prompted to verify their identity later.

I'm a provider — how do I get verified? +

After you finish signing up as a provider, head to your Profile page and upload the following:

  • A valid government-issued ID (PhilSys, driver's license, passport, etc.);
  • Any relevant certifications or licenses for your trade;
  • A clear profile photo.

We review submissions and grant verified status within 2–3 business days. Verified providers get a badge on their profile that helps them stand out to clients.

How do I report a user? +

If another user is behaving inappropriately, you can:

  1. Use the "Report" option inside the chat or on their profile (where available), or
  2. Email us at support@careconnectph.net with the user's name, a brief description of what happened, and screenshots if possible.

We investigate every report and may suspend or permanently ban users who violate our Terms of Service.

How do I delete my account? +

You can request account deletion in two ways:

Most of your data is permanently removed within 30 days. Some records may be retained longer where required by law — see our Privacy Policy for details.

Is CareConnect PH free to use? +

Posting a task, browsing providers, and messaging are free — there are no sign-up fees or subscriptions.

Two fees apply: an optional ₱199 verification fee if a provider chooses to get the Verified badge (refunded if their documents are rejected), and a 9.99% service fee deducted from the provider's earnings when an agreement is completed — plus a 0.5% BIR withholding tax remitted to the government on the provider's behalf. Clients pay only the price they agree on with the provider; we never set or mark up prices.

How do I update my profile? +

Log in, click your avatar in the top-right, and choose My Profile. From there you can:

  • Edit your name, phone number, and location;
  • Change your profile photo;
  • Update the services you offer (providers);
  • Add or remove documents and credentials.

Your changes save automatically and most become visible to other users immediately.
